William D. (Duffy) Keller

William D. (Duffy) Keller, a past Prineville resident, died at his Portland 
home of Pancreatic Cancer. He was 52 years old.
  He was born July 36, 1948, in San Francisco to William T. Keller and Mary 
Jean Dalashmutt. He moved to Prineville where he attended elementary through 
high school. He married his first whiff wile still in high school in Crook 
County. 
Mr. Keller enlisted in the Us marines in 1970 and was honorably discharged in 
1974. He worked odd jobs in Prineville prior to enlisting in the service. 
After he was discharged he attended COCC and went into the mechanics trade 
and after a couple years he started his own business.
  In 1992 he and his first wife divorced, and in 1994 he married Debra 
Collions. He moved to Portland where he worked in maintenance at the Columbia 
River Yacht Club untill the time of his death.
  His hobbies included camping, fishing, going to Detroit Lake and spending 
time with family.
  He is survived by his children, Nikki Keller of Prineville, Kristi Keller 
of Redmond, Kori of Portland: his first wife: two stepsons Ty Hutchinson of 
Portland and Justin Rule of Bend: mother, Mary Jean Wisdom: two brothers, 
Richard and Mike: sister, Sharon: six grandchildren, Justin, Kenny, Andrea, 
Marial, Brandon and Brianna. He Was preceded in death by his father, step 
father and daughter.
  Memorial services were held on Dec. 15 at deschutes Memorial Gardens in 
Bend.
