Conrad Tauscher, 66, prominent resident of Clackamas county, died at a Portland hospital last night after a brief illness. Mr.
Tauscher was born in Austria and came to America in 1883. He was employed for some time at Chehalis, Wash., and started his duties
there in 1894. Since 1905 he had been manager of the Doernbecker furniture plant at New Era. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Anna
Tauscher of New Era, and three sons, Harry of Portland, Paul and Edward of New Era. Funeral services will be held from St. John's
Catholic church Monday morning. Interment will be in the New Era cemetery.
