J. H. Seiders, died this morning at the home of his son-in-law, August Scheer, at New Era, aged about 75 years. The old
gentleman was afflicted with heart trouble, but felt well enough last evening to walk to the mail box, one mile distant from the
house. He was found dead on the floor of his room this morning. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Scheer, and had been a
resident of Clackamas County about five years.
