Joseph Scheiffer died today at 12:15 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. F. C. Gadke.

Mr. Scheiffer, a native of Germany, was born January 22, 1835, and came to the United States when 19 years of age. He is
survived by three children, Mrs. Samuel Ireland of Madison, Wis.; William Scheiffer of Colton; Mrs. F. C. Gadke of this city and
other relatives.
