Edwin W. Roberts, son of early Oregon pioneers, died at the family home at Eighth and Washington streets, today after a short
illness. Mr. Roberts was born in Oregon City, November 17, 1868. Twenty-seven years ago he obtained a position in the office
of the Crown Willamette Paper company, and had since been employed by that company. Mr. Roberts is survived by his widow, a
daughter, Mary, 4 years old; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Jaggar of Carus, Mrs. Jennie May, Mrs. Grace Marlborough, Miss Sarah
Roberts, the latter two being residents of Oregon City.
