"Pioneer of Oregon Dies"
Oregon City, Or., Feb. 16

Everington De Armond Kelly, ex-postmaster and at one time a member of the City Council of Oregon City, died here tonight.
Though nearly 80 years old, Mr. Kelly had enjoyed good health for the past several years and was about as usual today. He went
to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Burns, late this afternoon, and while resting in a chair died suddenly.

Mr. Kelly was born in Seneca County, New York, in 1833, and crossed the plains to Clackamas County in 1853. He is survived by
two sons, Charles W. and John W. Kelly and a daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Burns.
