Mrs. Emma Kauffman of West Linn, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Emma Boehly of that place, Tuesday evening. Her death was
sudden and was due to heart disease. Mrs. Kauffman was a native of Switzerland and was 69 years old. She came to Oregon City 28
years ago. She is survived by several other children. Her husband died some time ago. Funeral services will be held at the Lutheran
church tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Mr. Kraxberger, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View cemetery.
