"Pioneer of 1854 Dead"

F. M. Glover, a pioneer of 1854, died at his home near this city at 2:20 o'clock this afternoon after a long illness. He was
born March 20, 1840, in Galiton, Mo., and came to the Pacific Coast with his parents when 14 years old. They settled in Yamhill
County. He spent the greater part of his life on a farm near Amity. In December last he bought a farm in Clackamas county and
lived there until his death.

He is survived by three children, James A. Glover, Thomas H. Glover and Miss Beatrice Glover. Funeral services will take
