W. J. Faubion was called to Camas, Wash., on account of the death of his father, W. H. Faubion, a veteran and pioneer. He
came to Oregon in 186_, settling on a farm near Oregon City. He then moved on a farm at Boring, where he remained a short time,
later going to Park Place, and then to Grants Pass. Two weeks ago he went to Camas to live with his two daughters, where he
died. He was buried in the Clackamas Cemetery. He leaves seven sons and two sisters.
