Frank Emmons Arnold, aged 64 years, died suddenly of heart disease yesterday at his home in Gladstone, Or. Funeral
arrangements have not been completed. Mr. Arnold was an Oregon pioneer. He had been in the United States Customs Service here
for about 20 years. He is survived by a widow and several children, among them the wife of James Dunn, a Portland merchant.
