Mr. and Mrs. Bert Roake of Oregon celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Sunday. They repeated their marital vows at a
ceremony in Atkinson Memorial Congregational church of Oregon City and then held a reception in the church parlors.

Mr. and Mrs. Roake was married December 9, 1893, in Gladstone. They have lived in Oregon ever since.

Their son, Albert Roake, and two grandsons, Jack Roake and Philip Roake, gunner second class, United States navy, were present.
