Oregon City, Or., Aug. 11

Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Bagby, well-known residents of Oregon City, tomorrow will be married 50 years. They have made their home
in Clackamas county the larger part of their lives.

Mrs. Bagby formerly was Miss Emma Thomas, the daughter of Lawrence and Eliza Thomas, Clackamas county pioneers. She was
married to Mr. Bagby at Vancouver, Wash. Following the marriage they returned to Clackamas county and took up their residence at
Molalla. They also resided in Portland and later returned to Oregon City, where they have made their home many years.

Mr. Bagby was the son of William and Harriet Bagby, also pioneers. This family resided in the Molalla country for many years.

Mr. Bagby is still engaged in the contracting business here and has erected many homes in Oregon City and elsewhere in the
county.
